My Podcast: Planting the seeds of change

My podcast is all about connecting the love of plants with a passion for protecting our planet. It’s designed to feel like a conversation between friends, blending practical advice on plant care with an inspiring look at how small actions can lead to big environmental changes.

The episode kicks off with an introduction, where I’ll share a bit about myself, the purpose of this podcast, and what you can expect. I’ll introduce this website, CSSanctuary, and explain how it ties into our mission of sustainable living. You’ll also hear about Friends of Nature, an incredible non-profit doing groundbreaking work to preserve ecosystems and advocate for environmental justice.

From there, we’ll dig into plant propagation. Whether you’re new to growing plants or you’ve been propagating succulents for years, this section will have something for everyone. I’ll share easy tips to get started and a few advanced techniques to take your propagation game to the next level.

In the middle of the episode, we’ll highlight Friends of Nature with a dedicated Public Service Announcement. I’ll talk about their efforts to protect endangered species, clean up air and water, and empower communities to make a difference. You’ll learn how their work connects with the everyday joys of caring for plants.

We’ll wrap up by tying everything together—a mix of plant tips, environmental advocacy, and ways to get involved. The goal is to leave you feeling inspired to grow, both as a plant lover and as someone who cares about the planet. It’s casual, informative, and, most importantly, a reminder that we can all make a difference, one plant at a time.
